Swimming

The club is fortunate to have the services of Kim Longland an ASA Level 4 coach as our Director of Swimming.

Kim is assisted by Simon Killick as Club Coach to lead the club’s team of coaches, teachers and poolside helps who continue to build on the legacy which Mick Geer provided for the club. Mick, appointed Head Coach in 1976, coached swimmers to international standard until his retirement in July 2008.

Training sessions are available for children swimming lengths right through to national and international level.

Diving

Well qualified coaches run the Diving Section under the direction of Betty Allen and with the installation of extra boards this has enabled the discipline to be classed as an 'excellent centre' particularly with regard to synchronised diving and with dry land facilities too.

 Waterpolo

Water polo is available within the Club for both boys and girls, starting with mini polo before joining the junior waterpolo training sessions and teams to representing the Club in friendly and League games. Players have gone on to be selected for the national teams after attending sessions run within Kent or the region.
